Dr. Gabriel Tait
Professor & Researcher
Dr. Gabriel Tait is an Associate Professor in the School of Journalism and Strategic Communications. Dr. Tait is the creator of the visual research strategy, "Sight Beyond My Sight" (SMBS). His methodology is the framework for Ross Immersive.
Shannon McCloskey
Team Management & Interviewer
Shannon is a Senior at Ball State University, with a major in Photojournalism. She wants to continue in the magazine field as a photojournalist. Her role on our team is managing the team, interviewing the participants, and the team photographer.
Jayde Leary
Social Media Management & Trainer
Jayde is a junior at Ball State University, pursuing a major in Journalism and Telecommunications. She hopes to be a news reporter. Her role on our team is social media management and training participants in how to use the camera.
Delaina Cannady
Social Media Management & Website Construction
Delaina is a sophomore at Ball State University, studying Advertising with a concentration in sports communications. She plans to work in sports media mainly focusing on NBA and NFL. Her role on our team is social media management and website construction.
Rhoni Paige
Interviewer & Invitation Designer
Rhoni is a senior at Ball State University, with a major in Journalism, a concentration in News, and a minor in theatre. She wants to pursue a career as a news anchor. Her role on our team is interviewing participants, managing merchandise orders, designing participant certificates, and designing event invitations.

Videographer
& Trainer
Emmanuel is a senior at Ball State University, with a major in Journalism and Telecommunications. He wants to pursue a career as a sports analyst. His role on our team is video production, training participants on how to use the camera, and interviewing participants.
Jayana Fennell
Videographer & Graphics
Jayana is a senior at Ball State University, with a major in Telecommunication and Video Production. She wants to do media production and graphic design. Her role on our team is video production and graphic design.
Jaided Ramos
Interviewer & Video Production
Jaided is a junior at Ball State University, pursuing a major in News Journalism. She plans to pursue a career in news and change it for the better. Her role on our team is interviewing participants, event coordinating, and video production.
Lanele Mathis
Trainer & Photobook Coordinator
Lanele is a sophomore at Ball State University, studying Marketing. She wants to become a creative director at a magazine company or work at a production company. Her role on our team is training the participants on how to use the camera and designing the phonebooks for each participant.
Alex Lakes
Trainer &
Equipment Manager
Alex is a senior at Ball State University, with a major in Photojournalism. He wants to be a wildlife photographer/conservationist. His role on our team is training the participants on how to use a camera as well as managing the equipment we use throughout the semester.
